These homes are built indoors in a controlled environment and shipped to your property. Davis Homes, Inc. still handles all of the excavation, foundations, garages & porches.
Once your home arrives on your property, it is placed and set on your foundation. It is a fascinating process. In the morning, your foundation will be the only thing existing on your lot. By the end of the day, you could walk into your home and see 75% of it completed. Once the home is placed, Davis Homes, Inc. takes care of the rest of the finishes that need completed.
