We all know building your own home will be one of the biggest decisions of your life, and it can be a bit overwhelming. Here at Davis Homes, we will proceed at a pace that is comfortable for you and will ensure that you are receiving a home that is customized for you.
Getting Started
There are many ways you can proceed when getting started here at Davis Homes, Inc. You are welcome to come to our office during our business hours, no appointment necessary, and take a look at our two model homes.
We will give you some information to take home and take the time to answer any questions you have while touring our models. If you don’t want to browse our homes in person, you are welcome to call us to go over any questions or browse our site.

Custom in every sense
We can build anything that you are looking for. From our standard plans to bringing your own designs to life, we have home construction expertise at your disposal!
Either way you choose, whether it is systems-built or stick-built, we will make adjustments to the plans to make them personalized for you. If you have already chosen a floor plan to your liking, you are welcome to schedule an appointment with us. During that meeting we will gladly go over what you are wishing to do with your home and confer about any questions you may have.
We then will design your home based on the ideas that you have. Once we have made those adjustments and have your customized plans in hand, we will invite you in to have a look and hold a review session with us. We can do this as many times as you wish to ensure that your home is designed entirely to your liking.
Covering all of your bases
Once the plans are to your liking, we can begin the pricing process. We will provide you with an itemized price quote, covering everything from the type of foundation you would prefer to the height of your toilets, to make sure you know exactly what you are getting.
During the pricing phase, we will conduct a site visit to go over your lot. If any additional items need to be added to your quote based on your property, we will go over them with you at this time.
After this phase is completed, you may review the price quote and tell us if adjustments need to be made to better suit your budget. Once the pricing is agreed upon, we will prepare a contract and any information needed by your bank. You will be completely prepared with a fully equipped packet containing all the information the bank will need.
Once the bank has approved your loan and a closing has been reached, the construction phase of your home begins, where we will build your dreams to a higher standard- with exceptional quality, custom features, and unquestionable value.
