At Davis Homes, Inc., we are not a “package company”. We do not just give you the option of package A or package B, like some of the large “custom” homebuilders. We are capable of doing just about anything you would like to do in your home. Right from the start you have a say. You also have the choice of doing one of our systems-built homes or our stick-built homes.

We operate in the Ohio Valley area, including eastern Ohio, northern parts of West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania.

At Davis Homes, Inc., we are committed to using local, qualified workers and vendors whenever possible. We believe in giving our jobs to our people. We generally employ our own crew of 6-9 employees, ranging from master carpenters to laborers. Beyond using our own employees, we use subcontractors on occasion from the following areas:
